About The Role

WorkPac are seeking an Electrical Service Technician to join a leading provider of energy solutions equipment hire in Kalgoorlie. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in ensuring generators, compressors and temperature control equipment are in maintained and carry out electrical installations on our generator and temperature control systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service and repair equipment in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.

• Install power and temperature control equipment on site and associated services.

• Service power, temperature control & compressed air equipment.

• Operate crane and forklifts at branch.

• Connect generators and temperature control equipment for load testing.

• Undertake general yard cleanliness, safety and maintenance.

• Book in and refuel rental equipment as required.

• Participate in call out roster program.

• Prepare and complete service, job reports, time sheets and other reports in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills & Experience

• Certificate IV in Electrical Engineering.

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (UEE30811).

• A Grade electrical licence registered in Western Australia.

• Proven skills and experience in electrical installations and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.

• Able to work autonomously and travel remotely in the Goldfields region.
