About the Role

Our Client is the largest privately-owned fire protection company in the Southern Hemisphere, specialising in mining, they are well known for our success in designing, installing, and maintaining heavy industrial fire equipment. Our Client also offers portable equipment, commercial fire systems, Electrical and Mechanical Plumbing Services to over 4000 customers, each relying on us to install and maintain their fire protection equipment to applicable standards, whist meeting those requirements of the local authorities having jurisdiction.

We are currently looking for Electrician to join a well established family business servicing the Hunter Valley Mining industry in the installation and maintenance of Fire Protection and suppressions systems on heavy mining machinery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of Fire Protection systems.

• Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised

Skills and Experience

• Trade qualified Electrician - Certificate of provision

• Working at heights

• Current drivers licence

• Good attitude towards safety
