About the Position

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Electricians to be based at various Power Stations in WA. This is a FIFO position based out of Perth being offered on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the WA Electrical Supervisor; the successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining power station plant and equipment. This will include, however not be limited to the below duties:

• Actively ensure own health and safety and the safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations

• Ensure that the safe operation of the Power Station is never compromised in order to maintain production

• Maximise site productivity by ensuring that faults are addressed promptly and effectively

• Contribute to operations efficiency by accurately maintaining all log books, reports, records and correspondence, keeping them in a clean and orderly manner and ensuring that they are updated at the required times

Skills and Experience

• 5 + year's experience with electrical power station or plant equipment

• WA C Class Drivers Licence

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence

• HV Switching Ticket

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
