About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Developer Engineer to join our client, for an immediate start. This permanent full time position will hold a Monday to Friday roster, 38 hours per week. The client is a leading manufacturer of LED signage products for intelligent transport systems, infrastructure, advertising and traffic solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will include design to development experience in a full electronics product life-cycle.
Skills and Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor or above qualifications in Computer Science or Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline will be well regarded.
Solid Programming experience in C/C++.
Solid experience with development of embedded firmware.
Proven experience with solving real-time embedded issues, including: threading, optimisation, memory management, interrupt handling, etc.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
