About the Position

WorkPac are currently seeking an Accounts Officer for ongoing work with one of our clients based in West Perth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Accounts Receivable processing

• Month end reconciliations, and investigation of all discrepancies and variances

• Asset Management

• Reconciliation of credit cards

• Bank Reconciliation

• Follow up of debt collection / statement creation

• Manage customer queries effectively

• Filing and Data Entry (high volume)

• Provide assistance to the Company Accountant as required

• Operating the Production Loaders loading out road trains

What You Will Need

• 3 years experience in a similar role

• Experience with MYOB is advantageous

• White Card

• Willing to complete a pre employment medical

• Drivers license
