WorkPac are currently seeking a experienced Expeditor for our client, working a Monday to Friday roster based in the CBD Brisbane for an initial 4 Week contract.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinating with Buying team for the initiation of expediting support for issued purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ascertain, confirm and monitor availability of goods and materials for collection against issued purchase orders.
Plan and Coordinate expediting of delivery between suppliers, freight forwards, clearing agency on clearance and delivery of goods.
Issue and monitor materials collection requests to designated freight forwarders.
Track, report, maintain and update accountability for materials and equipment using a shipment tracking tool.
Updated and release daily expediting reports to all internal stakeholders
