Our client is well established in the banking and financial industry

About the role

The responsibility of the Facilities Officer is to ensure that our clients offices are maintained in safe clean state or repair at all times, coordinate site access and supervise contractors, service providers with maintenance, repairs and small projects. They have several branches that you will be attending to on a weekly basis.

Skills and experience

• Trade Certificate or relevant maintenance experience

• Unrestricted drivers license

• Must be capable of performing a range of manual handling tasks associated with the role

• Outstanding customer focus, including being results oriented with a positive attitude

• Effective verbal communication skill

• Intermediate computer

• The successful applicant will be required to undergo a national Police check.
