The Opportunity

We are looking for an Earthworks Coordinator to conduct earthworks for Drill Pads, deliver field logistics and offer operational support for exploration projects. This role is ideally suited to someone with Earthworks background who is looking to gain supervision experience. The role will come with full training in supervision for the right candidate.

About the role

The Earthworks Coordinator must enjoy irregular travel and being part of the exploration teams and working in remote locations. Reporting to the Regional Project coordinator, you will be:

• Training/coaching less experienced team members

• Supervisor of earthworks contractors in the field, including access tracks, drill site pads and rehabilitation

• Working with Project Managers and Ground disturbance approval

• Providing generalist skills across a range of tasks and activities including remote camp establishment, ongoing Contractor Supervision, Environmental and Safety processes

• Supervisory experience

• Ability to assess and apply practical judgement
