We are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic and self-motivated Financial Administrators looking for a full-time permanent opportunity based in our Kalgoorlie office. You will be an integral member of the operational team to support our multi-disciplined workforce and project managers who work on various projects across the Goldfields and the Pilbara regions of WA. This is an immediate start role for the successful candidates.
About the Role:
Create new jobs and budgets in JDE and close out once complete and reconciled;
Ensure that all payroll data and project costs are allocated to the correct cost codes as per budgets;
Daily/Weekly/Monthly client uploads and transactional and progress claim invoicing and submission for all contracts;
Be familiar with client contractual requirements pertaining to payments and track client invoice approvals and assist with aged debt resolution;
Assist the Project Manager with data for project cost reports and the review of project forecasts in line with specific project requirements;
Collation of vendor invoices from Kofax for approval and;
Goods receipting of approved supplier/subcontractor invoices in JDE.
Requirements of the Role:
Solid experience in Finance Admin in similar industry
Strong computer skills (MS package â Excel advanced)
Demonstrate good understanding of finance process and systems ie JDEGS/SAP
Dynamic enthusiastic individual
Well established organisation skills
Motivated Team player
Possess a high attention to detail and is able to pick up new tasks easily.
