We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to work for a reputable company based in Richlands and would love to hear from you!

• $45 p/hour + Penalties + Super

About the Role

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be working in a workshop based in Richlands from Monday to Friday with hours consisting of 7.15am start and a 5pm finish, completing the below duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of new slurry pumps

• Completing repairs and refurbishment of returned mining equipment

What you will need

• Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)

• Ability to take ownership of each job and be responsible for meeting timeframes.

• Motivated and hardworking, with a professional attitude.

• Previous experience with performing maintenance and repairs to mechanical equipment

• Have excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities

• Be autonomous, able to operate independently, and unsupervised.

• Be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and respectfully to onsite clients and other tradespersons.

• Current Drivers Licence (C Class) and reliable transport
