About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Electrical Supervisor to join our client for a 8 week project. This role will be offering an 8:6 day shift roster.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a great team to achieve outstanding maintenance results and targets
Oversee and delegate purchasing of parts and materials necessary to provide mechanical fitting services through purchasing
Roster management and oversight
Regularly review JHA and SWP to ensure a high level of safety focus is maintained
Actively promote and participate in site safety initiatives and toolbox presentations
Skills and Experience
3 years experience in a similar role with at least 12 months Supervision experience
Western Australian Electrical Licence
Provide CPR and LVR certificates
Australian C Class Drivers Licence
Lead by example in safety and wellness to ensure a culture of zero harm is maintained
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelÂ
The ability to use initiative to contribute and support continuous improvement and drive change
