About the Role

Alongside our valued Client, opportunities exist for Field assistants to assist the Geology/ Rio Tinto drilling operations team in a Seasonal contract with some added opportunities for working in the wet season.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Field Assistant you will be working 12 hour days, Assisting Geologist with remote and isolated work on the Rio Tinto lease, while exposed to opportunities working on different parts of the lease in Cape York.

Must be accustom to working outside in the hot climate and have the ability to work well alongside a small team.

About you

To be successful for this role you will need a good attitude, keen attention to detail, a manual drivers licence and willingness to obtain your G1, CPR and Fire Safety. Open licence, MR and forklift are an advantage, training can be supplied
