• Immediate start with no lengthy onboarding

• $40 p/hour + Penalties + Super

• 7/7 Roster ( 7 on 7 off)

About the Role

Your duties will involve the management of contractors and safety programs and ensuring any day-to-day building requirements are met in accordance with the relevant contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone able to work in an autonomous environment with a keen eye for detail and be comfortable juggling multiple complex maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all FM matters within functional area to ensure a high level of service is provided to the client, ensuring objectives and quality standards are met. Monitor performance as appropriate

• Manage risk and compliance issues for FM service delivery

• Conduct regular meetings stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor key performance indicators and report on Contract performance

• Support the Operations Manager in the review and presentation of continuous improvement for FM

What you will need

• Previous experience as a Hard service FM

• Working with children card (or willing to obtain)

• Police check (or willing to obtain)

• Willingness to be part of a tightly knit team

• Strong work ethic

• 2 Contactable work-related references
