Hardship Support Agent

About the Role Our client has developed a trial to help correctly identify and support their customers. Through critical assessments of individual customers you will offer the correct support for at risk customers. As a Hardship Support Agent, you will be one of the first bases of contact for queries and requests where you can utilise your contact centre skills to help drive customer focused outcomes. This is a Perth based opportunity on an initial 3-month contract. Key Duties Creating mail merge and sending manual emails and SMS as required to customers Completing financial hardship assessments. Display patience, compassion, and sensitivity to people who have encountered financial difficulty Ability to handle difficult situations objectively, discretely and in a highly professional manner. Conduct reconciliations on customer accounts. Ability to educate customer on electricity usage reduction Processing queries and escalations received from third parties as
