About the role
WorkPac are currently seeking qualified Heavy Duty Fitter candidates with extensive experience to carry out all aspects of mobile plant mechanical maintenance on our client's fleet of heavy earthmoving machinery, site based role (Thunderbox 45kms south of Leinster.) Machinery used includes;
Caterpillar 785C/D dump trucks
Caterpillar D10T dozers
Caterpillar 16G/M graders
Caterpillar 980H wheel loader
Hitachi EX1200 & EX1900 excavators
Komatsu PC1250 & PC2000 excavators
Skills & Experience
Strong commitment to safety
Nationally recognised trade qualification
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus
Excellent diagnostic, fault finding, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
Work as part of a cohesive team, whether internally or on a customers site
Recent National Police Clearance or ability to attain one if successful
