About the Role
This role is to manage the full Human Resource function to ensure optimal HR services to the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Full HR Generalist function
Managing employee agreements
Facilitating toolbox meetings
Liaising with both director and employees
Handling workers compensation claims
Working alongside WHS officer
Assisting in payroll.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have:
Hold a degree/diploma in Human Resource management
Minimum 10 years??? experience in human resource management in a small organisation.
Experience in managing all aspects of HR for 20+ staff across 2 depots.
Thorough knowledge of the Road Transport Award will be highly advantageous.
Attention to detail (record keep, filing etc)
Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
