About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking a HSE Manager to join our Steel Manufacturing client based in Mackay or Perth. This position will be a 3 month initial duration, and the roster will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Setting clear targets to demonstrate action regarding non-conformance, incidents and injuries, complaints and compliments, suggestions, and observations.
Assist in developing and maintaining effective procedures,
Effectively communicate Quality issues to all levels in a timely manner,
Conduct Incident Investigations (ICAM)
Conduct internal audits, investigations, and risk assessments to measure success and promote action.
Work to the applicable standards AS4801 (ISO45001), ISO14001& ISO9001
Induct new team members and implement training programs on HSEQ issues.
