About the Role

We are looking for someone to be part of the Fixed Plant Electrical Maintenance Team responsible for providing safe and efficient electrical maintenance, repairs and problem solve our fixed plant assets.

• Reporting to the Supervisor Electrical (Fixed Plant), you will be:

  • Provide a high level of technical knowledge and experience to ensure operability and maintainability is delivered for Yandi

• Maintain statutory electrical inspections and records as required by MSIR

• Complete problem solving and repairs of electrical systems and equipment

• Complete Inspections to identify faults and raise quality notifications in SAP for repairs

• Complete small installations and upgrade work to continually improve our assets

• Identify and carryout improvement projects

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years proven experience in an Electrical Maintenance role in a mining or heavy industry environment

• Electrical Trade qualification and unrestricted WA A Grade Electrical Licence

• High Voltage (HV) Switching ticket

• Competency with use of SAP and raising quality Notifications

• Experience with PLC / SCADA systems (Schneider PLC & Citect HMI)

• Experience with High Voltage VSDs (Rockwell/ABB highly regarded)
