About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an Implementation Leadto join the team. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the solutions designed by the transformation team, turning concepts into reality. Solutions revolve around effective sponsorship, management routines, decision making, collaboration mindsets and mechanisms, resourcing management, feedback mechanisms etc. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

This role offers a 6 month duration working a Monday to Friday roster. Centrally located in beautifully appointed offices in Central Park - Perth, CBD.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Project Manager, New Project Development, some of the accountabilities of the role will include:

Execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and behaviours.

Coach and mentor studies teams and stakeholders on effective application of solutions and best practices.

Develop the skills and capabilities of studies teams through training sessions, workshops, and individual coaching sessions.

Monitor and evaluate progress and outcomes, providing feedback and guidance to improve implementation effectiveness.

Help identify and resolve implementation challenges by leveraging experience and expertise to find practical solutions.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating implementation results, identifying areas for enhancement, and sharing insights across the organisation.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be successfully considered for this role, you will possess the following capabilities:

Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing: Build relationships with key stakeholders, and use effective techniques to gain buy-in, alignment, and active participation in change.

Communication Skills: Effectively convey the change vision, engage stakeholders, and provide clear updates throughout implementation.

Coaching and Mentoring: Guide and motivate individuals and teams within the studies team through change, fostering resilience.

Training and Development: Deliver short training modules tailored to the studies team and other stakeholders to build necessary skills and knowledge.

Change Management Expertise: Proficiency in methodologies to plan, execute, and sustain change initiatives.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjust strategies based on feedback, new information, or evolving circumstances during implementation.

This role will be particularly well suited for a high performing management consultant seeking to join the mining industry and have a greater impact on the business.
