About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an IT Consultant for a position based in Perth to commence immediately. This position will hold Monday to Friday roster for an initial 6-month duration, withcompetitive rates available for the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Cloud Operations Superintendent, you will be responsible for the Instrumentation of Monitoring & Reliability Solutions and operational health, administration, development, and support Event Management platforms and associated bi-directional integrations. The Technical Lead will have demonstrated experience in Cloud Solutioning & service operations management and complex Platform engagement with a focus on Automation and Self-Healing Capability hosting.
You will have practiced DevOps and worked in an Agile environment and will be well-versed in service management methodologies like ITIL.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience as an SME in a monitoring related domain (e.g. observability, monitoring tool product owner, cloud solutioning, etc)
Experience with day-to-day technology operations with expertise on a technology domain IT, OT and/or Cloud
