About Our Client

Our client has over 20 years experience in Geo-technical works and equipment. They represent well proven international and local specialist solar farm mechanical installers. They are the complete end to end solar farm solution from the largest projects in Australia to small fixed ground mount systems.

What You Will Be Doing
With experience as a Leading Hand/Supervisor you will be working as a Junior Construction Manager supporting the managers to ensure civil work is carried out correctly on solar installation projects. You will be working away from home on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster and must have strong computer and Microsoft excel knowledge. You will be working to move in to a Construction Supervisor role.

Daily Activities:

- Liaise with and instruct work groups on site

- Consult with client regarding daily productivities and planned works

- Meet HSE requirements on site and ensure all work groups are meeting these

- Consult with admin staff and Quality assurance team members to ensure handover of work areas as targeted

What You Need

• Ability to pass a medical and D&A screening

• Current drivers licence

• White card (or willing to obtain)
