Looking for a great attitude, strong attention to detail and passion for quality. Lab experience is not essential, ability to collaborate in a team and work autonomously are.

What you will be doing
Operate laboratory and/or bulk handling plant and equipment within individual competency
Provide customers with timely and accurate test work results
Provide testing, analysis and feedback according to established protocols
Understand the requirements for working within a laboratory and/or bulk handing environment
Maintain familiarity with procedures for laboratory and bulk handling facility
Share their knowledge and expertise in a manner that provides effective operation and utilisation of plant and equipment
Develop an in-depth knowledge of all processes and following SOPs
Follow strict workplace HSE rules in regard to your safety and the safety of others

What you will need
Experience as a Laboratory Technician in a mining environment
Experience with computers systems such as Starlims, SAP, FDMS, TIKS, SuperQ and ChemAlert
Technical and analytical experience in flux fusion, Leco TGA, XRF, robotic sampling with Herzog equipment, manual sample preparation using RSD?s (Rotary Sample Dividers), Rocklabs crusher/splitter, moisture and sizing?s analysis
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
Fork Lift licence - Highly desirable
SAP Experience (preferred)
Right to Work in Australia
Physically fit
Good working attitude
Repetitive and manual handling task are involved
