About the Client

This company specialises in the production and set up of racking systems in the warehousing & production industry. They are currently involved in extension works at a local meat processing plant and require labourers, forklift operators and scissor lift operators.

What you will be doing

As a labourer or operator on site, you will be required to work Monday to Friday (with some weekend work) and be willing to obtain a Q-FEVER vaccination prior to commencing (at no cost to the candidate). Due to the nature of the work (meat processing plant) this vaccination is mandatory and takes 1-2 weeks to initiate. If you have a forklift or scissor lift ticket, this is highly desirable and will earn you a higher hourly rate.

Core duties include

• Assisting trades

• Assembling frames

• Basic hand/power tool use

• Unloading/loading trucks with materials

What you will need?

• Driver's licence + reliable transport

• White/Blue construction card

• Willingness to obtain (or provide) a Q-FEVER vaccination (at no cost to the candidate)

Tickets which are highly desirable

• Forklift

• Scissor lift (below 11m)
