About Our Client

Our client is a large civil construction company partnered with WorkPac, they are currently seeking an experienced civil labourer/spotter for an on-going position in Townsville.

About the Role

WorkPac are seeking an experienced civil labourer/spotter to commence immediately in an ongoing role. This opportunity is working a minimum 8 hours a day on day shift Monday - Friday with the occasional weekends required. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in a fast paced environment and be able to labour when required. The ideal candidate will also have their Spotters Ticket AND Doggers Ticket. You will be responsible for constant communication via radio between crews and must have a high attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating around other machinery and ground crew

• Manual labouring

• Radio Communication

• Dogging Duties

• Spotting Duties

• Meeting strict safety standards

• Working both individually and a part of a team

Skills & Qualifications

• MUST hold a current ERGON Spotters Ticket

• MUST hold a current Doggers Ticket

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

• Clear communication skills

• Current resume with 2x work related referees

• Hold a current Australian driver???s license

• Availability for an immediate start

• Reliable and strong work ethics
