The Opportunity

Our client is currently seeking a Forklift Operator/Labourer for work at a quarry working in their process/ drying plant. The role is physically demanding.

• Rotating shift work - Night, day and afternoon shifts all worked within the week

• Starting on Sunday 11.00 pm through to 7.00am followed by day shift from 7.00 am through to 3.00 pm and then afternoon shift from 3.00 pm until 11.00 pm

• Lang Lang Area

• Immediate Start

• Ongoing role for the right person

• Paying $36.85 p/hr + shift loading, superannuation and overtime penalties

The Role

• Manual handling for 25Kg bags of sand

• Packing and palletising various sand products with forklift

• Operating the bagging machine

• Feeding a conveyor to a robotic palletiser and stretch wrapping

• General warehouse duties

• Forklift operating

You Will Have

• Forklift licence (High risk LF licence)

• Proven experience operating a forklift

• Be able to lift 25kg of product repetitively

• Reliable transport
