• Job Responsibilities

• Visual inspections of cast products to ensure compliance with specification

• Inspection of products after remedial works

• Check integrity and placement of steam recording equipment before and after casting

• At mould setup time, ensure all steam lines are correctly placed

• Complete initial quality issue report and pass to QA Officer for entry into QSI database

• Ensure QSIs are raised for all quality related issues and non-conformances

• Involvement in root cause analyses and identification of long term corrective actions

• Minimise reject and waste (wire, concrete, labour) during manufacture by ensuring quality standards during manufacture are met

Skills & Experience Required

• General labouring experience and ability to manage paperwork

• Must be computer literate

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
