About Our Client

Our client is currently seeking Precast workers and welders for the reinforcement used in construction of concrete and precast products. Working for our client who is a leading supplier of concrete, aggregates and precast products for major Melbourne infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Tying steel and securing reinforcement bars for precast beams, columns, pipe and other structures

• Following engineering drawings

• Steel fixing

• R&D Panel Work

• Formwork

• MIG Welding â Reo bar work

• Helping with concrete pours and screening

• Working in a fast pace production environment

• General precast work

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as a commercial concreter, formworker, welder, steel fixer or precast labourer is a must

• Able to read and follow engineering drawings

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Full work rights in Australia

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

• Own reliable transport

• White card
