About the Client

Involved in various infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland, our client is one of Australia's largest and reputable Civil & Construction companies operating for over 30 years. They work across various contracts ranging from $1 million through to $150 million and are on the growth trajectory. They are currently seeking experienced Leading Hand to assist with a minimum 12-18-month project based in Yarrabilba (QLD).

What you will be doing

As the Leading Hand on site, you will be expected to work 9-10-hour days, Monday to Friday (with the occasional weekend) and be available to commence from July 2022. Your core duties will revolve around overseeing civil operations on site, leading a small team, with a focus on tasks such as:

• Roller operation

• Road crossings

• Sub soil Drains

• Earthworks

What you will need

• Civil experience and road exposure

• Previous leading hand experience

• Construction White/Blue card

• Own reliable transport

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to work within a tightly knit team
