About the Position

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand for the track shop for one of our clients. Mechanical aptitude required.

Skills and Experience

WA C Class Drivers Licence

White Card

Previous experience within a mechanical background

Track experience is desirable

Mechanical trade qualification desirable
Excellent knowledge of workshop equipment, operation and maintenance.
Understanding of HSE requirements within an engineering workshop environment.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong leadership and motivation skills for supervision of workshop staff
