About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a highly organised professional to assist the Learning and Development team at Greater Brockman. This role would suit an experienced Learning and Development Advisor, but Administration, Mobilisation and Indigenous Support professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Duties include:

• Coordinating and supporting all Cultural Training schedule onsite

• Contractor Management Representative duties for Traditional Owner facilitators and ensuring they are supported at all times

• Facilitating Virtual Reality Sessions (will be trained to be a master VR coach)

• Managing SAP LMS records

• Managing Schedule plan/logistics

• Administrative and Project tasks

• Running reports

Skills and Experience:

• WA C Class Manual Drivers Licence

• SAP Experience

• High level of communication and stakeholder engagement

• Self-motivated

• Excellent Organisational skills

• Understand Cultural etiquette
