About the Role

Workpac are seeking an experienced Machinist for a temp to perm role for our client located in Welshpool . Successful candidates will be reporting daily to the workshop supervisor, and undergoing responsibilities such as carrying out repairs to hydraulic cylinders. This position is a pay rate of $46.14 Plus penalties.

Skills and requirements

• Trade Certificate Fitter/ Turner or 1st Class Machinist

• Workshop experience

• Ability to operate manual lathes and mills

• Experience on hydraulic cylinders is preferred but not essential

• Experience using Lathes, Radial Drills, Horizontal and Vertical Borers, Milling machines

• Experience in the use of SAP

• Excellent computer skills within Word, Excel and Kronos

• SAP experience
