About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Maintenance Planning Advisor for one of Rio's new projects to streamline onsite maintenance workflow. Perth based with some site travel involved. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the growing workflow and help continue expanding the project.
Duties include:
Analyse incoming issues using SAP, site contacts and other resources to provide solutions.
Complete and submit change management forms and documents.
Frequent liaison with site-based customers and member of other support or project teams
Maintain reporting and update shared documentation.
Assist with maintaining database and survey systems.
Maintain own workflow and priorities.
Skills & Experience
Experience with Fixed Plant Maintenance
Proficiency in SAP and Power BI
Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel.
Planning and scheduling experience
Strong time management
Strong analytical ability with root cause analysis experience
Strong communication and team work skills
WA C class Drivers Licence
