About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Long-Term planner to join the team at Rio Tinto based in Perth. The successful candidate will work on a Monday to Friday roster.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Facilitate monthly planning meetings for respective area reporting on costing and forecasted maintenance Facilitate long term planning functions for site-based work areas within Rio Tinto Rail Maintenance Division.
Zero based budgeting
Maintenance plan creation and alignment
Long Term scheduling
Long Term maintenance forecasts
Ad-hoc visits to engage with onsite stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required:
Short Term Planning experience will be considered
Experience in SAP maintenance and Work Management principles
ZBB transaction experience preferred but not essential
Rail industry preferred but not essential.
