About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler join our client based on a mine site located in the Bowen Basin on a Monday to Friday Roster.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure schedules are aligned to strategy and relevant approvals are sought

• Establish Initial Schedule window for all approved work from department planners

• Build an effective schedule and determine optimal work sequence within timing windows

• Support the Work Management process by scheduling all approved work before the required date

• Identify and manage synergies and conflicts between activities, within specifications from department planners

• Outline risks / opportunities in schedule

• Reporting and schedule optimisation

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Scheduler position with exposure to scheduling processes

• Prior exposure to Field Maintenance or Mobile Maintenance (highly regarded)

• Strong communication skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite

• SAP experience (essential)

• Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 or willing to obtain

• Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
