About the Role

Workpac are seeking an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor for ongoing work with our Client based at an open cut coal mine near Mudgee, NSW

• $125ph Casual OR $121phPermanent - your choice!

• 6 & 12 month bonus

What you will be doing

• Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all planned, breakdown and repair maintenance activities as well as communicating changes that will impact the mine priorities.

• Providing practical input into the content of all short and long term maintenance plans

• Providing leadership, motivation and support to all team members, taking accountability for team performance including contractors

• Executing all planned, breakdown and improvement work, minor projects and reliability initiatives

What you will need

• Hold a Trade or Tertiary Qualification in a Mechanical discipline

• Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated leadership capability in a similar role including working in a mining workshop

• Knowledge of field equipment including CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr and Epiroc drills

• Experience in SAP maintenance applications will be advantageous
