About the Role
The Marketing Officer has a responsibility to assist in creating sufficient market interest and leads to help generate the conversions required to help achieve sales targets. The Marketing strategies (including advertising) will assist with this lead generation.
Duties & Responsibilities
To achieve these requirements/standards the Administration Officer will be expected to:
To achieve these targets, the Marketing Officer will be expected to:
Maintain the company website, analyse statistics and recommend improvements
Monitor Google Analytics
Monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and recommend and carry out improvements
Monitor Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and recommend improvements
Maintain and establish various databases
Develop and implement an email marketing program
Conduct regular mail marketing campaigns/programs
Maintain the Customer Enquiry and Quote Registers for the sales team
Attend to incoming calls and sales enquiries as required
Maintain customer files and information
Maintain and develop point of sale material and marketing collateral
Maintain and establish a technical reference library
Assist with and produce AutoCAD drawings
Attend sales meetings and debriefing as required by the Managing Director
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have the following: -
Relevant qualification will be highly regarded
Experience in a similar role essential
Experience in managing marketing campaigns
Experience with design and implementation of Point of Sale
Experience in managing social media profiles and presence
High attention to detail
Experience in marketing administration coordination.
