About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter who will likely step into a Planning Technical role based in Collie.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Validation of the Functional Locations to match what is currently installed in the plant. Identify missing FLOCs and create them according to the Asset Management Plan actions and/or recommendations
Reviewing/updating the Functional Location information and hierarchy in accordance with Client guidelines/policy, including:
Numbering conventions
Naming conventions
Rules associated with the structuring of Functional Locations, sub-Functional Locations, Equipment, PM Assemblies, and other SAP Technical Object Structure elements. The rules and guidelines in place for your current plant would most likely be used, and only varied from if there was a compelling reason.
What data elements/fields are required to be completed for each element in the structure/hierarchy (e.g. Manufacturer, Model No., Warranty Details, etc.)
Validation and updating Maintenance Strategies in SAP
Validation and updating of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Validation of Spares Part List
Review the authorised spare parts cataloguing information (vendor, manufacturing part numbers, unit price, lead time, purchasing information)
Skills and Experience:
Strong end user experience in SAP ERP environment
Knowledge of SAP material technical objects ??? material master and material specification
Extensive Knowledge of SAP PM technical objects including functional locations, equipment, and PM assemblies
Some Inventory and/or Maintenance planning experience in complex asset intensive industries
