Skills and Qualifications required:

Pressure vessel inspection AICIP or API vessel inspector qualifications

Crane inspection Senior Crane Inspector <200T and CSWIP 3.1

SAP planning and master data experience

MSIA/MSIR knowledge and experience

Knowledge and experience AS1210, AS3788, AS3873 . AS1418, AS2550 AS173 AS1554, AS3992

ICPI inspection training, CPAP training

Auditor qualifications and experience

About the Role

Ensure all CP at site is correctly identified and recorded in SAP as Classified Plant

Ensure planned maintenance for Classified Plant is correctly prepared in SAP as PM01 and that they meet the requirements of the governing codes and standards

Ensure Registration documents and documentation required under Regulatory requirements are correctly stored for each asset

Offer MSIA/MSIR and code interpretations relating to Classified Plant when required

Manage ICPI process and ICPI appointments and preapprove all other S44 appointments

Participate in the procurement of Classified Plant destined for the site

Review Classified Plant documentation relating to newly installed Classified Plant

Participate in Classified Plant commissioning and decommissioning process

Participate in all MOCs relating to Classified Plant at the site

Assist with budget planning for Classified Plant maintenance, refurbishment and replacements

Maintain records for Classified Plant including inspection records and Classified Plant logbook entries

Participate in the repair and modification process for all Classified Plant at the site

Participate in the successful execution of Classified Plant maintenance and inspection at the site

Stand down non complying Classified Plant

Report to the RM on key Classified Plant compliance metrics for Outstanding maintenance notifications, Missed inspections, Progress relating to CP projects, Non conformances identified, Reportable incidents

Provide coaching on site for Classified Plant

Participate in internal and external auditing
