Master Data Administrator
About the Position
WorkPac are currently seeking a Master Data Administrator for an ongoing role within our client Rio Tinto's Utilities division based at the Perth Operations Centre at Perth Airport. This role will see you working a Monday to Friday roster on day shifts and will be commencing as soon as possible. This role will see you working with SAP updating data, setting up new equipment data and managing fleet licences and schedules. The successful candidate would hold strong SAP and Excel skills and the ability to work with high volumes of data entry.
Administration:
Managing fleet DoT licences both for new, existing and delicenced vehicles and trailers
Maintaining Custodian data fields in SAP and in line with Org position changes for accurate back-charging
Manage Gaps in Equipment data sheets (EDS) for fleet delivery assets so that Maintenance systems can be set up
Track operational readiness against Fleet Delivery (FD) schedule
Tracking of Project/Site purchased assets and the Maintenance systems setup status (LME assets not delivered through FD)
Maintain the LME Delivery Status Summary spreadsheet
Manage linking of new assets with IVMS to SAP Measure points through RTTMS
Master Data:
Updating SAP data for transferred vehicles including signoff data capture against Functional Locations
Updating SAP on salvaged and disposal vehicles as well as vehicle retention management
Setting up new equipment Mater Data including plans and tasklists
Processing of materials and the creation/modification of BoMs including management of components on tasklists
Create notifications for recalls and corrective campaigns
Set up pre delivery inspections, radio programming and salvage notifications
S44 and salvage process including decommissioning of flocs
Validation of EDS information and adjust if required in SAP Functional Locations
Review LME RTTMS tickets action if possible and escalate if not
What you will need:
Prior Data Entry experience - highly regarded
SAP knowledge and experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Attention to detail with accurate spelling and data entry skills
Process orientated
Demonstrated skills and abilities to deliver high work standards
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Commitment to health, safety and environment, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive safety culture
C Class Drivers Licence
