About the Role:

We are seeking the next Master Data Advisor expert to join the Operational Readiness team at Rio Tinto, based on site at Cape Lambert. This position will be FIFO from Perth working a 5/2 4/3 roster for a 12 month duration which may have potential to extend.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify business master data requirements.

• Engage stakeholders to gather information.

• Populate master data load-sheets.

• Facilitate workshops with CMMS custodians and stakeholders for validation and verification.

• Submit and track load sheets, monitor and report on progress.

• Communication and close-out with stakeholders.

• Maintain task & project overview with frequent progress reporting.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Trade or engineering qualification.

• Maintenance or shutdown planning background is advantageous.

• SAP or equivalent CMMS master data updates or management experience

• Demonstrated expertise in work management processes and asset management principles

• Understanding of system requirements that support asset management.

• A Current C class drivers licence
