About the Company

Originally founded in Newcastle our client has become one of the major transport and logistics organisation in Australia and around the world. They are now looking for an experienced MC driver for a local driving positions based out of Tomago, Liddel or Kurri Kurri.

What you will be doing

In this role you will be working on a 24/7 Roster which will be organised amongst your team to suit your lifestyle. You will be Driving MC vehicles, to transport bulk liquids, ammonium nitrate or emulsion to mining sites and other customers as required always making sure you are completing required tasks in a safe and efficient manner. You will also be required to complete and supply mandatory run sheet information in the format required

What you will need

• MC licence with proven experience (tanker and tipper experience desirable)

• Current Dangerous Goods Licence with a proven experience

• Unsupervised Handling Licence (UHL) or be willing to obtain

• Basic Fatigue Management or be willing to obtain

• A dedication to safety proven through your clean driving record

• A reliable and professional work ethic

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to accurately complete paperwork and liaise with stakeholders

• Experience and acceptance of abiding with road and safety policies
