About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our client, this role is for a 3-6-month duration, with possibility for extension for suitable candidate.This position is based in Murrarie, Brisbane.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and maintain fit for purpose Engineering Practices (Standards, Specifications etc)

• Support sites in understanding, assessing, and closing gaps to standard Practice conformance requirements

• Supports business ownership of selected software applications

• Provide input into organisational Governance and Assurance reporting

Skills and Experience:

• Mechanical Engineer (minimum 10 years experience, ideally with Sulphuric Acid facilities)

• Experience and knowledge of Static Equipment

• Experience and knowledge of applicable standards

• Experience and knowledge of condition assessments and inspection protocols for static equipment
