Mechanical Fitter

About the Role

This Mechanical Fitter role will consist of the installation of various components on a Defense Project. All positions start as full time casuals and may be offered permanency once satisfactorily completing probation period.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Mechanical installations

• Reading and understanding of Drawings

• Shaft alignment

• Manual Machining works.

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised

Skills and Experience

• Trade qualification

• Must be able to pass medical

• Will be required to complete National Police Clearance

• Confined Space preferred

• Right to Work in Australia

• High regard for safety
