Mechanical Fitter

About the Role

This Mechanical Fitter role will consist of the installation of various components on a Defence Project. All positions start as full time casuals and may be offered permanency once satisfactorily completing probation period.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Mechanical installations

-Reading and understanding of drawings

-Pump alignment

-Manual Machining works.

-Ability to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised

Skills and Experience

-Trade Qualification

-Must be able to pass medical

-Will be required to complete National Police Clearance

-Confined Space Ticket preferred

-Australian Citizen

-High regard for safety
