• Work between the workshop & HV mine sites

About the Role

Our Client is seeking 2x Mechanical Fitters with previous Fixed Plant/CHPP experience to work between their workshop in Beresfield and local Hunter Valley mine sites.

The role is an ongoing/long term position and would be working a min. 4 days per week with an opportunity for more days in the new year.

The days will be a min. 8 hours in the workshop with most days on site averaging between 10-12 hours.

The rate is $50.00 per hour flat rate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs to mining/mechanical equipment within a CHPP environment

• Must be reliable and committed to the role

• Experience in screens, air filtration, pumps and conveyors

Skills & Experience

• MUST have previous CHPP/Fixed Plant experience

• MUST have Confined Space & Working at Heights

• Current MDG25, Order 43 Medical and Site Inductions are a BONUS

• Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Current Drivers Licence

• Ability to Pass and Pre Employment Medical and D&A

• Have valid working rights in Australia

• Current resume reflecting your experience
