The supervisor is responsible for all preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on all dewatering equipment including submersible pumps, large diesel pumps and a large fleet of generators.

**Key accountabilities will include:
Owning and understanding all dewatering assets
Developing maintenance schedules for all dewatering assets
Maintaining and repairing dewatering assets, including unplanned breakdowns
Supervising and providing support to maintenance teams
Working cohesively with an existing team and stakeholders
Provide input into CAPEX and OPEX budgets to ensure equipment is maintained and or replaced as per the agreed maintenance strategy
Cultivate, support and commit to a safe working environment where the welfare of all team members is considered paramount.
Qualifications and skills required:

**Mechanical Trade with mining experience in an open-pit environment
Experience with power generation and portable generators
Knowledge of multistage submersible and large single impellor pumps.
Use of SAP and MS office Suite
