About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join Rio Tinto's Mines Productivity Program on a FIFO 5/2/4/3 roster to Paraburdoo.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and execute mechanical projects.
Independently manage contractor and designer mechanical queries.
Review and evaluate vendor proposals.
Oversee the planning, design and implementation of multiple projects concurrently.
Skills & Experience
Strong mechanical capabilities and project management experience.
Experienced in contractor management in a fixed plant environment.
Tertiary qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
