ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market, and the largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Operators are needed to commence immediately. This role will be running on a lifestyle roster within the Mine Services Department. Bus services available from Rockhampton and Mackay.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Dozer and Grader experience

• Ability to work a rotating roster

• Pre-Start Checks

• Meet production targets

• Identify and report workplace hazards
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• To be successful you will have a minimum of 6 months demonstrated mining experience operating 16/24 Grader, D10/D11 Dozer and 844/854 Wheel Dozer.

• You possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

• SSE/ Delegate Signed Skills List

• Minimum 6 months mine experience
