DUMP TRUCK, MULTI SKILLED, DOZER & EXCAVATOR OPERATORS

WorkPac is currently seeking experienced and motivated Mining Operators, Trainer Assessors and ERT Members for an Open Cut Coal Mine which is ramping up production in the Lower Bowen Basin outside of Biloela.

About the Role

Reporting to the production superintendent, all operates will operate mobile plant equipment, consisting of CAT 789, Hitachi EH4500, Komatsu 930 Haul Truck as a minimum, Trainer Assessor and ERT Experience is desirable

As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements.

This is a drive in drive out (DIDO) role for an open cut coal mine in the Banana Shire, situated 1 hour 30minutes from Gladstone.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant equipment, consisting min CAT 789, Hitachi EH4500, Komatsu 930 Haul Truck

• Work Lifestyle roster (4/5, 5/4, 5/5) including PJ Day

• DIDO Role

• 12.5 Hour Shifts

• Pre-start checks

• Maintain equipment

• Operate equipment safely

• Follow company policies and procedures

Skills/Experience

• Minimum 6 months experience operating Mechanical CAT 789 or Electric Komatsu 730, Hitachi EH4500 Dump Truck

• MUST Have SSE/Delegate Signed Skills List or Unsigned with RII

• Trainer Assessor Qualification and Experience

• Mines Rescue Qualification and Experience

• Current Drivers Licence

• Current Coal Board Medical or willing to Obtain

• Current Standard 11 or willing to obtain
