About Our Client

Our Client is committed to a safe and environmentally responsible operations and supporting the local communities that it has partnered with for more than 70 years. Our Client is situated on an Open-Cut Coal Mine which is situated 120km southwest of Gladstone and 20km northeast of the thriving regional township of Biloela. The mine has operated since 1944 producing coal primarily for domestic power generation, alumina refining and export markets. The mine extends across 180 square kilometres and contains an estimated coal resource of up to 1.07 billion tonnes.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role you will become a part of a busy production department on a coal mine in the Banana Shire Region. You will be operating CAT 789, Hitachi 4500, Hitachi 5000, Komatsu 930E Dump Trucks on site. You must have experience operating CAT 785 Dump Trucks as a minimum skill.

You will be working a lifestyle Roster with the ability to easily adapt to site policies and procedures.

What You Will Need

Previous Mining experience, minimum operating CAT 789 or KOM 930

Hold or be willing to attain a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical

SSE signed skills list,

Current Drivers License

Right to Work in Australia
